# Virtual Account Management

This section covers the asynchronous event notifications related to virtual account applications. When a virtual account application is approved and a collection account is successfully opened, NeoX delivers a `VIRTUAL_ACCOUNT` webhook to the merchant's configured callback URL with the assigned account number and full bank details. Merchants should integrate with this webhook to receive real-time account-opened notifications without polling.
