# Sub-Merchant Management

The Sub-Merchant Management domain covers the full lifecycle of sub-merchants registered under a parent merchant account on the NeoX Global Collections platform. This includes the initial onboarding and KYC/KYB verification process, the lightweight report registration flow for simpler use cases, and the ongoing qualification renewal cycle that keeps sub-merchant documents compliant over time. Asynchronous outcomes for all three lifecycle events are communicated to your system through the `SUB_MERCHANT` webhook, enabling real-time reaction to status changes without continuous polling.
