# Payout Request Management

This section covers the event notifications delivered by Global Collections when a payout or per-payee distribution changes status. When a payout request reaches a terminal state — whether successful, failed, or refunded — NeoX pushes a `PAYOUT` webhook to the `notifyUrl` registered by the merchant, providing the full outcome including credited amounts, applied FX rates, and fee details. Both the overall payout completion result and individual per-payee distribution results are delivered through this same webhook mechanism, enabling merchants to reconcile remittance outcomes without polling.
