# Collection Management

**Collection Management** covers the real-time event notifications delivered to your system whenever funds arrive in one of your virtual accounts. Each incoming payment generates a `COLLECTION` webhook event that carries full order details — including payer identity, amounts, currencies, and processing status — so your platform can credit ledgers, trigger compliance workflows, or request supplementary information without polling.

When a collection event arrives that requires further action — such as a payment without identifiable payer information or a recharge order that needs funds-nature documentation — your system must respond through the Collection APIs before the order can advance to a settled state.
