# Virtual Account

### Create Virtual Account

**Step 1:** On the right pane&#x6C;**,** choose the **Virtual account** under Collection servic&#x65;**,** then click on **Create Account** button.

**Step 2**: Download the template file.

**Step 3:** Create the c*reate\_account* file,

* &#x20;Make a new copy of "*TemplateCreateAccount*" file
* Fill in all columns.
* Submit that file.

### Manage the virtual account

* On the list of virtual accounts,&#x20;

  * Click on "**Eye**" icon to show the QR Code and the bank information&#x20;

  * Click on "**Pen**" icon to navigation to the virtual account detail page.

On the virtual account detail page, we can update the information of virtual account.
