# Disbursement

**Disbursement** is a service that a Seller (Individual or Organization) authorizes a payment service provider(NeoX) to perform to pay the amounts requested by the seller. These expenditure mandates are clearly stated in specific documents.

Disbursement have 2 main statges: **Deposit & Spend.**
